We are in the depths of Summer and I quote the internet , ‘2025 is shaping up to be among the warmest years on record’. Phew, I hope you are enjoying air con in your offices and, like me, dream of it at home!
Talking of home, guess what? My pergola is nearly finished (await electrician for light and heater) ! I am truly LMBL and am pleased to confirm that my husband really does love it too. The lovely builders were the cleanest, most efficient guys I have come across (#Willowtreecarpentry) and all built within a week! I have shared the pictures, as promised.
At the end of the day, my commute home consists of me thinking about sitting in my garden. It is making my work/ life balance even better!

Tips we’ve been sharing around our offices:

🌬 Keep air vents clear to allow better airflow
💻 Use energy-saving or sleep mode on equipment
💧 Bring a reusable water bottle to cut down on single-use plastics
General tips for keeping cool and comfortable:
💡 Switch to LED lighting it saves energy and reduces heat
🥤 Stay hydrated and opt for light, breathable clothing
🌅 Open windows early in the morning for fresh, cool air, then close them during the hottest hours of the day
OSiT Star of the Month - July 🌟
We are delighted to announce that Abeshek has been voted July Employee of the Month by the Senior Management Team! 🎉
Known as our OSiT Marketing Man, Abeshek has gone above and beyond this month. His excellent work includes producing engaging social media content, eye-catching leaflets, creative marketing campaigns, and expert CRM management.
But that’s not all Abeshek has attended every OSiT Summer Social and charity event, capturing incredible drone footage, videos, and photographs to showcase our community spirit. Always approachable, polite, and full of good humour, he has built great connections with clients and colleagues alike.
On top of all this, Abeshek also plays a key role in developing new websites for both OSiT and our sister company, OSFM (Office Space Facilities & Maintenance).

🎉 Celebrating Summer with Our OSiT Community
This summer, our centres have been buzzing with energy as we hosted a series of client summer parties across all our centres. Each celebration was a chance for our community to step away from the everyday, connect with others, and enjoy the spaces in a different light.
At Waterloo, our clients enjoyed a relaxed get-together, reminding us that great workspaces go beyond desks and meeting rooms they bring people together.
At Liverpool Street, our sports day–themed party brought out some friendly competition with table tennis, mini golf, and cocktails.
At Blackfriars, we welcomed summer with a vibrant gathering full of food, drinks, and great conversations.
At St Paul’s, clients came together in the evening for a relaxed summer gathering complete with delicious pizzas and plenty of good company. 🍕✨
At Monument, we marked not just summer but also the centre’s 10th birthday 🎂 a fantastic milestone shared with our clients.
These events are always a highlight of our year, reminding us that OSiT is more than just a workplace, it’s a community. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made these moments so special. ❤️
